Recalling all the happy times, Remembering how they enriched our lives we reflect upon who really count. To our dreams May we never stop believing in them and taking the actions that will make them a reality. A new year begins is propitious to reflect on experiences internally past, present situations and the future In order to learn of the past, to enjoy the present and to construct a future better. Does that are learning but does not think, are lost. Does who are thinking but does not learn are in great danger. Your thoughts turn inward and you become more concerned whit who you’re and where you are going rather than with putting plans into action. This means understanding what makes you what you are, forgiving yourself for your mistakes, and leaning to like yourself. Trust in your instincts and the new pattern of your life will eventually emerge from the chaos and become clear. Look at yourself as you are now; you have a lot to offer, perhaps in the past other people helped to destroy your confidence, but only you are responsible now for what you feel, what you do. Take responsibility for yourself and shape yourself into the person you want to be. You can do much more than you imagine break your self-imposed limits. What does not change stagnates, and it is impossible that thing should always remain the same. If you can let go of the old life, an exciting new one can be just around the corner; try to hang onto the past, which is dead, and you will cause yourself pain. It may be that you need to let go of something a bad habit, a negative thought patter, a destructive relationship, or an old hurt that is holding you back and stopping you from developing as you need to. Do you remember the person you used to be full of dreams and potentials? It’s time to get back in touch with this side of yourself once again and become who you were meant to be. You cannot grow or even breathe freely under such restrictions and you must break free. We go through our life according to our beliefs. All our beliefs are stored in the subconscious mind. In order to change our beliefs, we have to operate at the level of the subconscious mind. So, in order to change your beliefs and create a new reality, you have to bombard your subconscious mind with thoughts of your desire. Spiritual Healing is about living with and being in love with your life! Learning to understand is the secret to finding your way in this world.
Take a moment to think about what you have a passion for and what you might want to be doing. Anything is within your field of possibility if you desire it strongly, believe in it, and take action towards it. To attract to you what it is that you desire to receive is Gratitude. Just simply being grateful and showing appreciation for each moment is the key. The brain can heal and it can kill. More importantly, it can work wonders while it has a body to carry it around. Be free from the torment of your on desires, and insecurity. Let nothing worry you, let nothing frighten you, let nothing disturb you. Believe in life. Believe in love. Believe in peace. Believe in yourself. Faith consists in believing when it is beyond the power of reason to believe. When the rain is blowing in your face, when evening shadows and the stars appear and there is no one to dry your tears, I would offer you a warm embrace to make you feel my friendship. For all the beauty of the world ever fresh and new for all the joy that comes to me and all the joy I bring that is the reason why I’m here.
